Five Week Intensive
My five week intensives provide a personalised space for deepening practice and enquiry. Grounded in presence and shaped by individual needs, I weave together movement, philosophy, and breath. I invite you to explore what it means to meet yourself with consistency and care, not to fix or improve, but to listen more closely. This space offers rhythm and realignment, guided by my steady support. Across five weeks, with two sessions per week, we move through a process of discovery, gently unravelling, integrating, and returning to what feels true.
Who the Intensive Is For
I have designed this intensive for anyone interested in clearing the mind and understanding the functionality of the body. It is suitable for advanced practitioners, beginners, people with injuries, and teachers in their early years of teaching who wish to embody deeper aspects that may have been missed in initial training. It is also for those wanting to learn safe adjustment techniques, deepen pranayama practices, and gain greater control over their emotional space. Through this journey, I support your education towards a clearer, more conscious way of being.
The Philosophy and Embodiment
While I am not a psychotherapist, my teaching deeply integrates the philosophy of yoga to enrich mental and emotional wellbeing. Drawing from ancient texts such as the Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita, and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, I support you to embody these teachings in practical ways that transform daily life. This philosophical foundation is a core thread I weave throughout the intensive, bringing mind and body into deeper harmony.
Schedule: Two sessions per week, each 75–90 minutes
Inclusions: Personalised pranayama and meditation practice (audio recording) and snapshot videos highlighting alignment and potential areas for growth.
