The Essential Intensive

The Essential Intensive | Three Sessions

South West, Western Australia

A different approach to movement, the body and the mind.

Over the past twenty years, I have dedicated much of my life to studying, practising and teaching within the yogic traditions, Eastern philosophy and movement education.

Through years of observation, study and working closely with individuals, I have brought this knowledge together into a structured intensive program, which I have been offering in Byron Bay over the past four years.

What continues to inspire me is witnessing how a few simple understandings can profoundly change someone’s relationship with movement, both physically and mentally.

This work extends well beyond yoga postures or a traditional studio setting. It explores the fundamental patterns of how we move through everyday life, how we use our bodies, how we think, and how small refinements can create greater strength, stability, clarity and ease.

THE THREE-SESSION EXPERIENCE

This mini intensive is a condensed introduction to a much larger body of work.

Across three individual sessions, we begin to explore the relationship between the spine, muscular support, movement patterns and the mind.

The emphasis is on developing practical understanding rather than simply following a sequence of movements.

Through observation, conversation and physical practice, we explore how to move with greater awareness, reduce unnecessary physical strain and develop a more intelligent relationship with the body.

Each session is tailored to the individual, taking into consideration their experience, physical capacity and personal interests.

THE OFFERING

Three private, one-to-one sessions

Investment: $380 AUD

Location: South West, Western Australia

Suitable for those new to movement practice, experienced practitioners, teachers, or anyone curious to explore a different approach to physical and mental wellbeing.
